All Metro 30 Hour Famine February 6 & 7, 2009 St. Andrews Lutheran, Eden Prairie Grades 7-12
	The 30 Hour Famine puts hands and feet to your desire to live a life of Chrisian compassion.  This event unites group members and impacts the way that you see and serve the world.  This event can enable you to make a difference in the world - save people's lives (29,000 kids die every day from hunger).  We can make a difference!

 Cost: $25 (that will pay for the event - especially for the cost of packaging food for Feed My Starving Children)

You will also be able to invite people to sposnor you for your 30 hour fast (by not eating for 30 hours we can raise thousands of dollars!).

Last year we raised about $9,000 and this year we hope to raise more... $7,500 to have Paul Erdmann's head shaved $10,000 to have Martin's head shaved $12,500 to have Pastor Paul's head shaved! $15,000 to have Pastor Susan wear a Cyndi Lauper wig (see photo) for a Sunday morning!

Hunger facts: every three seconds a child dies because he or she is malnourished as many as 1 in 5 children die before reaching their 5th birthday every $30 you raise, you feed and care for a hungry child for 30 days. $360 will feed and care for a child for an entore year.
